Today we were celebrating Brie’s birthday, but without Brie. Kind of a sad day. 😢 The Williams also left for their new adventure to Utah. We didn’t say goodbye, though, because we know we will see them soon. They mean so much to us, we are not going to let distance keep us apart. Brie is getting a wonderful birthday present though. She gets her best friend right up the road. I know that will make her day. Since we didn’t have a cake or chocolate chip pancakes to share with Brie, Lucy ate everything else.

Lucy and I also ate lunch with Wii today. He is such a great big brother. I love how gentle he is with her, and how much he wants to make her happy.
