Since we are just barely getting into the swing of school, some subjects are still a bit laid back at this point. Some of the boys’ books are still not here, so today we decided to do a hands-on math project, instead of a book lesson. What was created? A Kiddie Car Wash!! (Also for bikes and trikes!)
The boys did a great job making it. We did have a few glitches that we had to fix though. Like one bogus spray head, our hose was too short to have it be on the sidewalk, and the width of it is too narrow for bike handles.
Wesley was pretty talented at making it through without a mishap. However, on William’s third pass through, he caught the side because he was blinded by the streamers. Luckily he was okay, and the car wash was easily repaired.
I love PVC pipe creations for that reason. Easy to make, adjust, and take apart.
